This 1 hr workshop facilitated by Registered Dietitian and Family Food Expert Angela Wallace is focused on the transitional time after your baby has started solids and you are interested in learning more about how to reduce their breastmilk and/or formula consumption.
What you will learn:
- when is it time (for you) to stop breastfeeding / formula feeding?
- how do you stop it?
- what do you replace it with, specifically, what nutrients are important for the growth and development of your baby
- cow’s milk and other dairy alternative options
